I am in charge of Facility Maintenance for Verizon facilities in Portland and SW Washington. I hired Superior Exterior to perform pressure Washing of a large parking lot, antenna pads and 3 buildings. My first call Alex was on site within a day to provide a competitive quote to perform the job. Their quote was 3k less than another company but the work they performed was great. Our parking lots and buildings look amazing. Will definitely use again.

Exceeded my expectations and they sent the spiders running. I had noticed they were hiding in the siding and coming in the house before the house exterior was washed. Sidewalks are now free of the winter’s black mold, green moss and mildew. They power washed patio furniture too! I wasn’t expecting that. Got more than I contracted for and they were very good with little details. They even blasted the weeds and grass growing in the joining driveway slabs.

Got an immediate response to my query and a timely appointment. Alex arrived a bit before the appointment and completed the work more quickly than average, I think, because he had superior equipment. Walkways and driveway looked great. Service was more expensive than I had experienced in past, although it may be that everyone’s prices increased in past year. And, Alex did extra cleaning that I had not expected, removing moss from a shed on the walkway and cleaning the front sidewalks. Everything looks great.

I had my deck, which was in pretty bad shape, refinished and it was done in a timely, professional and exemplary way. The quality of the work is excellent and the deck looks beautiful! I must add that I have never met two young men with such good work ethics! They worked hard, long hours, were timely and communicated very well.
